The warp stopping electrical box controls the operation of the weaving machine through the following methods:
1. Check the warp state: The warp stopping electrical box is connected to the warp stopping strip, and there are warp stopping pieces strung on the warp stopping strip. Each warp passes through the corresponding warp stopping piece. When the weaving machine is running normally, the warp yarn is tensioned, and the warp stopping piece is supported to maintain a distance from the warp stopping strip. At this time, the chip on the warp stopping strip and the iron wrapping are in a non-conductive state due to the isolation of the insulation clip. The detection circuit inside the electrical box determines that the warp yarn is normal, and the weaving machine continues to operate. When a warp yarn breaks, the warp stopping piece that was originally in a suspended state will fall onto the warp stopping strip due to the loss of the warp yarn bundle, causing the chip in an insulated separation state to conduct with the iron wrapping. The detection circuit detects this circuit change and converts it into an electrical signal.
2. Signal processing and transmission: The detection circuit processes and analyzes the detected electrical signals, confirms the warp yarn breakage, and transmits the signal to the main control system of the loom through the output circuit.
3. Control the start and stop of the loom: After receiving the warp break signal sent by the warp stop electrical box, the main control system of the loom immediately issues instructions to activate the braking system or clutch and other components of the loom, quickly stopping the operation of the loom and avoiding fabric defects caused by warp yarn breakage during weaving. After the warp yarn problem is repaired, the main control system of the weaving machine will send a reset signal to the warp stopping electrical box. After the reset circuit inside the warp stopping electrical box receives the signal, it controls the voltage reduction circuit to return to its initial state, preparing for the next detection and control. The weaving machine can also restart operation.
